NEW DELHI: Indigo Paints(Rs. 3626.22 crore), SBI(Rs. 3180.93 crore), RIL(Rs. 2849.95 crore), Vodafone Idea(Rs. 2570.42 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 2134.13 crore), Zomato(Rs. 1963.68 crore), Tata Technologies(Rs. 1477.09 crore), Bajaj Finance(Rs. 1350.57 crore), SBI Card(Rs. 1307.48 crore) and ICICI Bank(Rs. 1238.22 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Friday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 292.95 points down at 24852.15, while BSE Sensex fell 1017.23 points to 81183.93.
In the Nifty index, Asian Paints Ltd.(up 1.10 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 1.00 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd.(up 0.80 per cent), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.(up 0.34 per cent) and LTIMindtree Ltd.(up 0.27 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, State Bank of India(down 4.43 per cent), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(down 2.38 per cent), ICICI Bank Ltd.(down 2.25 per cent), NTPC Ltd.(down 2.10 per cent) and HCL Technologies Ltd.(down 1.93 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
