Italian side Como are interested in signing Real Madrid’s defensive gem Jesus Fortea, according to a report from MARCA.
Real Madrid have been trying to sign him to an extension, but the player has decided to take his time and wait until the end of the season before signing.
The reason for that is to find out about the situation of the managers as well as the team for the future. And now, according to the report,
Como are a team who have shown interest, especially after signing Nico Paz in a similar fashion last summer.
Fortea’s current contract expires in 2026, and although Real Madrid’s first priority is to get him to renew at the club for the foreseeable future, they do not rule out listening to offers from other teams if their renewal offer is rejected.
The 17-year-old is a talented player who has a huge future in football. He plays for Juvenil A and Real Madrid C regularly, and is often the former team’s best player, but it is clear that Fortea wants a bigger role at the club.
