The Hardest Recruiting Decision.
Pretty interesting thread by Matt where finding the next diamond or free agent signing is not always the hardest part. It’s also about finding those role players that will stick around. This is Castilla’s biggest contribution and this sort of squad building also satisfies La Liga and UEFA home grown player requirements. So who has the potential to be the next Nacho or Cafucas Vazquez?
Meaning the most challenging portion of the squad building phase for RM is finding players like Nacho & Lucas Vazquez. Role players that accept their status, remain profressional, know the club inside and out, and are reliable when counted on – even for the biggest matches (3/4).

Personally I think it’s time to move on, ride off into the sunset, hopefully with a La Liga UCL double but a little part of me also doesn’t want to let go.
