The Spanish Football Federation have officially announced that the 2025 Copa del Rey Final between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona will be played on Saturday, April 26th at 22:00 CET.
It will be the second time these two teams meet in the 2024-25 season, with their previous match ending in a dominating 0-4 win for Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabeu. Barcelona and Real Madrid will also play the last Clasico of the 2024-25 Liga season on May 11th.
Real Madrid’s track record against elite teams hasn’t been promising so far this season, so it would be fair to consider Hansi Flick’s Barcelona the favorites to conquer the Copa del Rey title. However, Real Madrid always find a way to compete at a very high level in Finals, so it will be interesting to see if Los Blancos can put it together and win their 21st Copa del Rey title.
