About the FDP
This Faculty Development Program (FDP) seeks to explore and deepen the understanding of gender, equity, and inclusion, with a particular focus on the issues women face across countries. The program aims to provide participants with valuable insights and practical tools to help bridge existing gaps, foster awareness, and promote a culture of equality, inclusivity, and respect for women in different environments. By examining the critical challenges surrounding gender equity and the inclusion of women, the FDP will equip participants to become agents of change, fostering fairness and inclusion within their institutions and communities.
