About GCADR
The GNLU Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (GCADR) was established in 2010 at the Gujarat National Law University with a dedicated mission to promote knowledge, training, and research in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Under Faculty Advisor Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Gandhi, the Centre has consistently worked towards organizing various training programs, certificate courses, conferences, and seminars since its inception.
About the Event
The event will be structured into two segments. First, a course on investment arbitration followed by a conference on international arbitration. After the conclusion of the course, GCADR will host an International Arbitration Conference by renowned professionals. We will organize panel discussions, where the resource persons from the course will participate alongside other distinguished guests such as leading practitioners and judges.
The conference promises to provide an intellectually stimulating environment with panel discussions led by experienced practitioners, academicians, and judges. All participants of the course will get complimentary access to the conference!
