How to remove unauthorized access to a Gmail enterprise account?
You can enable these rules in the Admin console by going to Apps and then Google Workspace. Once there, hover over Gmail and then click Settings. On the right side of the screen, click Manage security settings and then turn on Email protection.
Once you have enabled this feature, it’s important to ensure that your users don’t access their Gmail accounts outside of the office or from public computers and devices. This is where the Google Apps password management feature comes in handy. It allows administrators to require 2-step verification for certain apps and disable the sign-in cookies on a user’s device, all from the Admin console.
Additionally, if you want to provide your users with the flexibility of working from home or while traveling on business, you can enable Gmail Offline in the Admin console by clicking Allow Offline Access for all apps and then choosing an OU where this setting will apply. Finally, to disable this feature, you can also create a new OU in the Admin console and then change the service status for that OU so that it doesn’t include Gmail.

If you’ve recently terminated an employee, it’s important to change the email address on their Google Workspace account to stop them from gaining unauthorized access to your data. You can also reset their password and reset their sign-in cookies to make sure they can’t re-enter the account on any other devices or browsers.
