Injury Updates
- Modric will undergo tests today. It doesn’t look a big deal, but he reports say he is out vs Napoli and likely out vs Granada too.
- Brahim was examined by the doctors yesterday. As he was feeling weak, he returned to his home to rest. The idea is for him to return to training today.
Will Ancelotti go to Brazil NT or renew with Real Madrid?
The renew rumors are from the same source, but they are getting intense.
Carlo Ancelotti renewing his contract with Real Madrid is only a matter of weeks. The club’s desire is for Ancelotti to extend for two more seasons. Brazil is waiting for him, but the Italian prioritizes Madrid.

Not sure If I believe this, because, as I see it, I think it’s very anti-Real Madrid to renew with coach before mid-season. This looks more like the Real Madrid I know:
Real Madrid have not yet sat down with Ancelotti to talk about his future. The Italian’s priority is to continue at the club and he trusts that they will offer him a renewal. He would like to hear from the club before the end of the year.

We are doing well so far this season, but it does not need many games to a crisis or a series of bad results start. In addition, CBF President said twice Ancelotti is a reality for 2024. He’d have to be crazy to do such thing with having absolutely nothing concrete with Carlo. If he there is no such thing, why Carlo has never denied and talked about his future in a clearer manner?
A new rumor also say Carlo has also an offer from Manchester United. Is this Spanish press trying to put pressure on Carlo so he speaks more clearly about his future?
Will Kepa stay?
Honestly, I don’t see why he’d stay. He is seeing Lunin barely plays. And arguably, the difference between Courtois and Kepa is even bigger then between Kepa and Lunin. Some of you even think Lunin is more secure than Kepa. Therefore, if Kepa stays for next season, he’ll be much more a man management problem than a squad solution. Another problem is his current contract with Chelsea goes until June 2025. Real would have to pay a fee to Chelsea to sign the keeper. What do you think?
