Real Madrid striker Joselu will make his first start in Euro 2024 for Spain as they face Albania in their last group game of the tournament.
Spain, who have already qualified and topped the group, chose to heavily rotate and start the players who have not played a lot so far in the tournament. Dani Carvajal, who has been one of the players of the tournament, sits on the bench as Jesus Navas takes his place.
Luka Modric, in the other match, will start for Croatia as they take on Italy in the hopes of making the knockout stages.
Croatia, who desperately need a win to go through, will also require Spain to not lose to Albania. If Albania and Croatia both end up winning, it will come down to goal difference, and Croatia may still qualify as one of the best-ranked third-placed teams.
Croatia need to win, and their fans will desperately hope that Modric can lead them to victory as he has done so many times in the past.
