Not the Result we Wanted… or Needed
So, Real Madrid have dropped more points in La Liga and have now, effectively, blown their lead in said competition. At the time of writing, Atletico have also dropped points, leaving space for Barcelona to gain the top spot in LL.
What has left a bitter taste in fans’ mouths, is the fact that it is the referring that has once again stood out more than anything else. The referring in LL continues to steal the spotlight and fans are concerned regarding the continuation of this drama – cause let’s be real; drama is what this is.
And yes, I know I advocate for class, but I’m gonna go ahead and post these:
However… There are things that also stand out. It is a congested schedule, City 2nd leg is coming up and you’re nearing the end of the match with Osasuna, the current result being a draw. How is it that only a single sub is used? I understand you want your stars to make magic, but still.. A single sub, in these circumstances?
Oh well: Moving on, City coming up! Gonna be a very important game. Also, Haaland is likely to be fit to play.
