There’s a storm on the way

Real Madrid have almost found their XI. I must say almost because we don’t know the back 4.

We’re still guessing the midfield. Only the front 4 and Rudiger are predictable.

Alaba Back With a Clean Sheet

Alaba is finally back and as one of Carlo’s most trust lieutenants, he will have earned a starting place by merely staying healthy.

That said, it is refreshing to have another leader playing again and that should make it easier to navigate the rest of the season.

Courtois will be happy with the clean sheet. The shotsopper is often let down by the players ahead of him. A GK of his quality should have more clean sheet.

Kini y Vini?

There’s a lot that can be said without telling us anything at all. From the harsh criticism of Mbappe when the team was struggling to the piling on Vini whenever he has a slight dip in form. A most common phenomenon for forwards, even the very best ones.

The front 4 are in form now at the same time. We just need the base of the team to hold and we should be fine.
